Service use is available only for the selected date and boarding time when you booked the shuttle.
Please wait at the correct time at the boarding place and board the shuttle bus.
※ Notice on precautions ※
If you are late or if you miss your shuttle, your ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please be on time at the boarding point because the bus departs on the exact time.
If you choose email billing as the payment method, please proceed with the payment process until 1pm KST before the service day or your booking will be canceled automatically.
Cancelation and refund
In case the user wants to cancel the reservation, it has to be done through the Rideus homepage and GroundK’s customer center.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service time
Refund is not available for cancellations less than 24 hours before the reservation date.
Change and Cancellation will need during the operation hours (Mon-Fri / 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM)
Booking and cancellation dates follow local time.
If you cancel your booking, you will receive a refund through your card company. It may take 3 to 5 business days.
